2. Publishing Services

Cepienta provides open-access academic publishing services. All manuscripts submitted are subject to our editorial policies, peer review process, and publication ethics guidelines as outlined by COPE, ICMJE, and DOAJ standards. Submission does not guarantee acceptance for publication.


3. Author Responsibilities

Authors submitting manuscripts to Cepienta confirm that:

  • The work is original, not plagiarized, and has not been published or submitted elsewhere simultaneously
  • All listed authors have contributed meaningfully to the work and approved the submission
  • All necessary ethical approvals, patient consents, and permissions have been obtained
  • Competing interests, funding sources, and conflicts of interest are fully disclosed
  • Data presented is accurate and has not been fabricated or manipulated

4. Intellectual Property

Published articles in Cepienta journals are made available under Creative Commons licenses. Authors retain copyright to their work while granting Cepienta a license to publish. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of published content without proper attribution is prohibited.


5. Article Processing Charges

Details of any article processing charges (APCs) are disclosed transparently on each journal's submission page before authors commit to submission. Payment terms and waiver policies are communicated clearly to authors prior to publication.


6. Retraction & Corrections Policy

Cepienta follows COPE guidelines for handling concerns about published articles. Corrections, expressions of concern, and retractions are issued transparently when necessary to maintain the integrity of the scientific record.


7. Website Use

All content on the Cepienta website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, Cepienta does not warrant the completeness or currency of information. Use of this website is at your own risk.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cepienta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
